Welcome to the Sixth Annual Lighthouse Loop Half Marathon & 5K

There is no better way to spend a crisp, cool, autumn morning than running and there won't be a more beautiful run than through the streets along the eastern coastline of Volusia County.

There is no better venue than The Lighthouse Loop Half Marathon & 5k. Both routes begin in Port Orange, just near the base of the Dunlawton bridge. The half marathon route will take you south until you loop around the scenic Ponce Inlet lighthouse. When you cross the finish line prepare yourself for a great after party too at our exclusize PartyZone!!

There is no better place to be on Sunday, October 29, 2017. This race will help raise funds for the ten public high school athletic departments in Volusia County. Our first two races successfully raised over $45,000 our our school's athletics. We are excited to continue to add to the effort with another successful fundraiser in 2017!

New for 2017

The West Volusia Runners are offering The Aunt Catfish Challenge which gives runners the opportunity to participant in both the half marathon and the 5K and earn MORE SWAG!!! The half marathon starts at 7 AM. Runners have up to 3 hours to complete the half marathon before the start of the 5K at 10 AM.
