My race bib has a red line drawn on it. What does that mean?
To distinguish those under the age of 21 during the after party, we had to mark the race bibs of those under 21 with a red line..... We weren't in love with the idea either, but it was required.
Are there any bathrooms on the course?
Due to the route running along many beach stops and parks, there are several “rest areas” along the course. We will also have port-o-johns at the water stops at mile 1.7 and 6.2.
What is the hotel shuttle schedule?
You will receive the Shuttle information upon check-in at one of our Host Hotels. You must have booked under the Group “Lighthouse Loop” to use the shuttles as we have allocated the number of buses based on guest occupancy.
What time should I be there.. for the 5k... for the Half Marathon?
We expect several thousand runners to arrive on race day so allow yourself plenty of time for parking and getting to the start line at “Our Deck Down Under”. Allow extra time if you are waiting until race day to pick up your race packet. Race starts promptly at 7:00 am! You will want to be there no later than 6:00 am. Please see the parking FAQ for more information.
Where should I park?

There is ample parking arranged closer to the finish line near Aunt Catfish on the River but allow at least 30 minutes to get to the start line! There is parking available at the dirt lot across from Aunt Catfish’s as well as all along the river on Halifax Drive on the North side of Dunlawton Ave.  This leads you to the Riverwalk area that has parking for several hundreds of cars near the Port Orange Chamber of Commerce.   If you do not want to park in the designated areas, there is plenty of various parking along the way but pay attention to any NO PARKING signs as we do not want you to be towed or ticketed.
